III. Precautions for Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) Sprinkler K202 (Glass Bulb Downward Spray):
1. Sprinklers should be stored in a dry environment between -15°C and 40°C and must not be used below 4°C.
2. During installation, it is recommended to use polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) seal tape on threaded connections, and fittings should comply with national standards.
3. Installation must be performed using the appropriate wrench socket provided by the manufacturer, as illustrated below. The tightening torque should be 10-20 N·m and must not exceed 25 N·m. After installation, ensure proper alignment and avoid impacts that could damage the sprinkler.
4. Keep sprinklers clean; painting or coating with油漆,涂料, etc., is strictly prohibited.
5. Sprinklers awaiting installation should be stored in the protective foam boxes provided by the manufacturer. Construction personnel must not use other containers such as safety helmets or paint buckets for storage or handling.
6. Handling of sprinklers must be done gently; throwing, grabbing, or pouring is not allowed. The fusible alloy element must be protected from impact.
